1. What is the Choppr?
Choppr is a front- and back-end web development studio that offers everything for your project development phase at affordable and competitive rates.

2. What do you do?

3. Do you have any samples of your work?

4. Why should I choose you over another company?
We love what we do, and we do it with passion. We have the knowledge and experience needed to complete any web development project. On top of that, we offer affordable, competitive rates and a quick, easy process.

5. Where are you located?
Currently, we are located in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.

6. How and when should I contact you about my project?
Use one of the methods on our contact page, and someone from our team will get back to you.
Our general working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. GMT.
Sometimes we work on weekends, and we’ll try to coordinate with your work schedule as well.

Payments and Rates

1. Why is the service so affordable?
We believe that our service should be affordable for even the tiniest budget. We are a small team and do outsource some of the work. Also, we have improved our overall process and workflow to save you time and money.

2. What are the payment options?
Currently, we only accept payments via PayPal. PayPal accepts most major credit cards and is one of the most popular and secure payment gateways on the market.

3. Who is responsible for PayPal fees?
A 4% charge will be added to the client’s total project quotation to account for PayPal fees.

4. What are your base prices?
The base price for an XHTML1 and CSS2 template is $275 for the first page (usually the home page) and $145 for each additional secondary page from the same design.
Content management system integration and basic theme implementation start from $475, and full custom themes can go up to $2,500. Please get in touch with us for more details if you’re unsure how to get started.

5. What is your hourly rate?
Our hourly rate ranges from $35 to $45, depending on the service that you need. Please get in touch to receive a complete quotation for your custom project.

6. Do I need to pay anything upfront?
Yes. You’ll need to pay 25% of the total cost upfront for us to start work on your project. The remaining 75% of the payment is due when the project is completed and approved.

7. Do you offer rushed or weekend delivery?
Yes, we do offer rushed and weekend deliveries. Rushed delivery will add a 25% fee to your final quote, and a weekend delivery will add 50%.

Web Design to HTML and CSS (PSD to HTML)

1. What is PSD to HTML?
This is a trendy term that converts website design into template pages.

2. When I send custom fonts, what format should I send them in?
Please send all custom fonts in TTF format, and this will make our lives easier when converting them to support different web browsers.

3. What file formats should I send you?
We prefer PSD (Photoshop) files, but you can send us almost anything you can think of, from JPEG to PSD.
We have created template pages out of JPEGs, GIFs, PNGs, PPTs, PSDs, AIs, InDesign files, PDFs, and more.

4. What browsers do you support?
We test and validate all of your template pages with the latest versions of the most popular web browsers, which will cover about 99% of your visitors.
We test with Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari on Windows and Mac operating systems.
For an additional fee based on our hourly rate, we can also make your website compatible and accessible with older browsers.

5. Do you do responsive layouts? What devices do you support?
Yes, we offer responsive layouts, and we test with some of the most popular cell phones and tablets on the market, including iPhone, iPad, Nexus, Samsung, and others.

6. Can you work with our in-house HTML and CSS framework?
Yes, we have worked with clients that had their in-house frameworks. We are skillful and can adapt very quickly to your coding style. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more details about your project needs.

7. Do you have experience with other HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks?
Yes, we have experience with all different kinds of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Some of the frameworks we have worked with include Blueprint, 960gs, LESS, SASS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and MooTools.

8. What do I do with the files I downloaded?

1. Which is the best CMS?
This cannot be answered in just a few sentences; everyone has their favorite, and in most cases, you could use any of them for any given project. Don’t hesitate to contact us with more details about your project, and we will suggest to best fit your needs.

2. What CMS do you support?
We support and do custom themes for WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Shopify, and Magento. If you need anything else or need custom development, please contact us, and we will contact you.

3. Can you install, set up, and customize CMS plugins?

1. What social media networks do you support?

You should see some results within the first month. However, you will need at least six months to see some permanent and concrete increase in traffic, revenue, and followers.

We do not do design; however, since we work with very talented web designers, we can connect you with them.
