1. What is Choppr?
Choppr is a WordPress development studio – I build custom themes, plugins, and full site builds, plus front-end development for designers and agencies. Run by one person (me, Krasen Slavov) since 2007.
2. What do you do?

3. Do you have any samples of your work?

4. Why should I choose you over another company?
Because you are hiring me directly – not an account manager who hands your project to whoever is free. I have been doing WordPress and front-end development since 2007, I am honest about what I can and cannot do, and I answer my own email.
5. Where are you located?
Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.
6. How and when should I contact you about my project?
Use the contact page – I will get back to you within a day. My working hours are roughly 9:00 to 18:00 EET/EEST (Bulgaria time), Monday to Friday, though I often reply outside those hours too.
Every project is different, so I quote based on scope rather than publishing a flat price list. Get in touch with a description of what you need and I will reply with a clear price and timeline – usually within a day.
1. What design files do you need from me?
Figma and Sketch files work best (I can access these directly and pull exact measurements, colors, and assets). I can also work from a finished PSD, PDF, or high-resolution image if that is what you have.
2. When I send custom fonts, what format should I send them in?
WOFF2 is preferred; I can convert from TTF/OTF if that is what you have.
3. What file formats should I send you?
Figma, Sketch, PSD, PDF, or high-resolution images all work.
4. What browsers do you support?
I test on current Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, across desktop and mobile. Legacy browser support (e.g., older Internet Explorer) is possible for an added fee but is not included by default – most sites do not need it in 2026.
5. Do you do responsive layouts? What devices do you support?
Yes, I build responsive by default, and test with the most popular phones and tablets on the market.
6. Can you work with our in-house HTML and CSS framework?
Yes. I have worked with clients that had their own in-house frameworks and can adapt to your coding style. Get in touch with details about your project.
7. Do you have experience with other front-end frameworks?
Yes – SASS and Bootstrap are the ones I use most, along with vanilla JavaScript.
1. What CMS do you support?
WordPress. It is what I specialize in, and it is what I would recommend for the vast majority of projects – a huge plugin ecosystem, no licensing cost, and I can go deep on it in a way a generalist “any CMS” shop cannot.
2. Can you install, set up, and customize plugins?
Yes. I can suggest the best plugins for your website, install and set up any plugins, or customize them to fit your needs. Get in touch with details about your project.

Yes – 30 days of free support on every project. After that, I can make changes and updates based on a quoted rate.
