1. Who I am

2. What data I collect

  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, subject, and message content, submitted voluntarily when you use the contact form.
  • Analytics: anonymized/aggregated usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type, referral source) to understand how the site is used.
  • Server logs: standard technical data (IP address, browser type, access times) automatically logged by the hosting server.

3. Why I collect it and the legal basis

  • Contact form data: to respond to your inquiry (legitimate interest / your consent in submitting the form). I do not add you to any mailing list without separate, explicit opt-in.
  • Analytics: to understand site usage and improve it (legitimate interest, or consent where required by your region’s cookie laws – see Cookies, below).

4. How long I keep it

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry, or as required for legitimate business records. Analytics data retention follows Google Analytics’ own retention settings.

5. Who I share it with

I do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers strictly to operate the site: the hosting provider, the email delivery service used for the contact form, and Google Analytics. Data may be disclosed if required by law.

6. Cookies

This site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and caching.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
